Eligibility for Returns You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order (as required by EU consumer law) if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
- The item was not delivered
Non-returnable Items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility.
Note: As we work with CJDropshipping for fulfillment, some cases may require us to coordinate with the supplier, which can extend resolution time slightly.
